Arctic Grayling Mk.I 001
By Dan Lombardo

This fish knife was inspired by the most beautiful freshwater fish in North America, the Arctic Grayling.  The fully sharpened clip point is designed to make the first incision when cleaning a fish, saving the razor sharp blade for the task of filleting.
The 440C Stainless Steel blade is heat treated to 57-58Rc, the handle is dyed and stabilized box Elder Burl.

Overall: 11" Blade: 6" Thickness: 3/16"
Green Heron Mk.I 001
By Dan Lombardo

This bird and trout knife was inspired by one of the more elusive predators thatI have had the pleasure to see in its natural habitat, the Green Heron.  The graceful curves of that silent hunter are reflected in the blade and handle of this sleek knife.
440C Stainless Steel blade heat treated to 57-58Rc, the handle is dyed and stabilized Maple Burl.

Overall: 9" Blade: 5" Thickness: 3/16"
Coyote Mk.I 002
By Dan Lombardo

This is my second knife using 1095/1050 Damascus Steel for the blade.  The generous upsweep and ergonomic grip of this skinner makes it as versatile as its namesake.  The guard and pommel are 416 Stainless Steel and the Handle is dyed and stabilized curly maple and burled maple.

Overall: 9" Blade: 4+1/2" Thickness: 5/32"
Edgar's Knife Mk.I 003
By Dan Lombardo

This is number three of this model, one of my personal favorite designs.  The Edgar's Knife 003 and Little Bubba 004 are twins in both knife and sheath materials just as Edgar's Knife 002 and Little Bubba 003 were as well.  The Blade is 440C heat treated to 57-58Rc, the handle is Ironwood with Mosaic Pins.  So polished I seem to have captured the camera in the blade, oops.

Overall: 8" Blade: 3+1/2" Thickness: 3/16"
Little Bubba Mk.I 004
By Dan Lombardo

This is the fourth knife of this model which commemorates  the life of a late friend of my family.  It is a twin in both knife and sheath materials to Edgar's Knife 003 just as LB003 and EK002 were. The blade is 440C heat treated to 57-58Rc and the handle is Ironwood with Mosaic Pins.

Overall: 7+1/8" Blade: 3" Thickness: 3/16"
Mustang Mk.I 001
By Dan Lombardo

This knife is derived directly from my earlier model, The Pony Mk.I.  The two knives are identical except that the Mustang Mk.I sports a much larger handle for a man's hand, whereas the Pony Mk.I was designed for a lady's hand. The 440C Blade is heat treated to 57-58Rc and the handle is Ironwood secured with brass pins.

Overall: 8" Blade: 3+1/4" Thickness: 3/16"
Big Kahuna Mk.I 00X
By Dan Lombardo

I designed this particular Bowie to be a superior chopper. I've owned a few different Bowies over the years but I didn't find any that were a satisfactory chore knife as well as a fighting and skinning knife, so I took matters into my own hands and made this 440C brute.

The Big Kahuna Mk.I has a 3/8" thick, 9+1/2" long blade with a razor sharp clip and is 15" Overall.
JCL "Jackal" Mk.I 001
By Dan Lombardo

This knife was originally designed for one of the most efficient people I know. In its short 440C Bowie style blade you'll find amazing versatility and outstanding performance in almost any task. An all-around knife for a resourceful person.

The JCL "Jackal" Mk.I has a 4+3/4" blade and is 10" Overall.
Spieden Island Drop Point Mk.I 003
By Dan Lombardo

This 440C Drop Point hunter is named for an island in the San Juan archipelago of Washington state which was once a Safari park. Spieden island in the spring is truly an amazing sight, with it's Mouflon and Bighorn Sheep grazing on the steep hillsides, while Scottish Red Deer, Japanese Sika Deer and West Indian Blackbuck forage in the shaded forest along the island's crest. Bald Eagles and Ospreys hunt in the sky above while Orcas, Salmon and Seals prowl and play in the cool water below. It is the stunning beauty of that special place that inspired this knife.

The Spieden Island Drop Point has a 4+11/32" blade and is 9" Overall.
Maly's Knife Mk.I 00X
By Dan Lombardo

This 1095/1050 Damascus blade was designed and built specifically for one of my closest friends. The sweeping blade and ergonomically organic handle bring to mind the ancient myths that all cultures share. To me this blade represents fantasy made real, a link between the real world and the world of fables.

Maly's Knife has a 4" blade and is 9" Overall
